- Any Members Caught Phishing Will Be Banned For Life Without Warning. (plus i will post your details publicly)
- CODE Your Links As Appropriate(Correct Tagging Can be Viewed In The Forum Description)(Exception To This Rule Is HOTFILE Links)
- No Link Protector / URL Hiding Sites
- Only Post Rapidshare, Megaupload, Mediafire, Hotfile & Fileserve Links All Others Working Or Not Will be Deleted
- No paid urls i.e linkbucks sharecash etc this includes forcing our users to do surveys. hotfile is ok.

- We highly recommend that before buying from a user, that his/her item or service is verified by PMing a Admin or Smod. Upon the item/service being verified a member of staff will post in the topic saying Verified.
The format for any selling or buying should include:
- Screenshots
- Information
- Payment methods(e-gold, paypal, moneybookers, trade, etc)
Our job is to avoid scamming. We will try to prevent it but no way can we avoid it. Getting verified reduces the chances of being a victim.
Prohibited Items:
- Any type of phished account.
- Credit card info.
- Any personal information obtained using identity theft.
- Any illegal software or physical items.
- Any inappropriate/adult material.
- Hosting that doesn't permit warez linking.
File Host Accounts - Forum Rules:
Verification:
To avoid spamming, we have enforced a new rule. All file host accounts i.e. rapidshare.com, megaupload.com etc
must be verified. This means a staff member will PM you and you will need to send the account details to the member of staff. The staff member will check that it exists to allow buyers to buy in confidence.
If you are going to create the account from points, you must send details of the account with point to the member of staff for them to verify. Once done, you can change the password back to whatever you want.
When we have verified the account, a staff member will add a [verified] tag to the topic title. Do
NOT add it yourself. Doing so will get you an automatic ban!
Buying:
If you wish to buy an account, please add [buying] in the front of the topic title.
